There are 72 Affiliated Golf Clubs in Essex, The England Golf requirement is to complete USGA Course Rating at 10 year intervals
All Tees are to be rated from a Scratch and Bogey Perspective
Teams of up to 6 take 4 to 5 hours to rate a course
Subsequent administration requires up to 2 hours on each set of rated tees
EGU (Mens) Raters work alongside ELCGA (Ladies)

If any course undertakes any structural alteration or a change in their layout it is imperative that we are notified in case a re-rate is necessary.
