SILVER TROPHY FINAL - SUNDAY 21st SEPTEMBER
Warley Park and The Warren played in Silver Trophy Final at Garon Park on a blustery but dry and sometimes warm afternoon.
They were fortunate to have a County Referee with each match though thankfully no tricky decisions were needed. Sad for the refs because they do like a tricky decision now and again.
It was hotly contested with two games decided on the 18th and the others on 17th. This made a nerve wracking watch for the many spectators who came along to support.
Congratulations to The Warren, our well-deserved victors! They seem to be making a habit of it, having also claimed the 2025 Bronze Shield Championship earlier this season.
A big well done to both teams for a match played in such great spirit.
