Entries after the draw has been made, approximately 1 week prior to the event, may not be considered.

If this event is over subscribed, there will be a ballot applied in handicap order. This will be managed by an automated live system fed by the WHS.
Scratch Stroke Play for boys & girls over 18 holes. Maximum Handicap Index Limit 30.0 for boys and girls.
Competitors must be under 12 years of age at 00.00 hours on 1st January in the year of the event
Ties will be decided by the gross score shown on the scorecards over the last 9, 6, 3, or 18th hole. If still tied then the Trophy shall be shared.
No caddies allowed.
