I do not know my CDH number |
If your home club uses Intelligent Golf then you will be able to find your CDH number in the IG Member App or on the website via the MY Golf section. Other member websites may well hold that information in your player record. Otherwise contact your Club Secretary or Handicap Secretary, who will be able to supply you with this information. |
The County Card on my app is showing as expired | Refresh the app on your device, a valid card with a new expiry date will now appear. |

I don't have a smartphone so cannot download the app |
Should you not have access to a digital county card, due to not owning a smart phone or device, the following question could be asked upon phoning the club you wish to visit. ‘would the club honour the discount (if there is one) if the name, club and WHS ID number were provided prior to travelling?’ Possibly a form of ID would be necessary if the club accepted this was satisfactory. We will not have any other method of obtaining a County Card in the forseeable future. |
The APP is not working properly on my phone or device | Refresh the APP on your phone / device. If this fails, it may be that your device needs restarting or that you may need to delete the APP and re-download the APP again. By reinstalling the APP, along with your credentials it should then once again allow you access to your County Card. |
